Ski Games of the Graz Schools

At the 41st Ski Games of the Graz Schools on 29 February 2024 on the Weinebene, our participating skiers were once again very successful!

In changeable weather and very good snow conditions, 16 pupils took part in the alpine giant slalom and achieved an excellent 2nd place in the team classification!

Thanks to the attentive support of the skiers by parents (Mr Salcher, Mrs Feichtinger, Mrs Pfeiffer, Mr Geiger, Mr Borovina, Mrs Gabler-Wolfond, Mrs Berdinek) and a teacher (Mrs Hofer-Stocker), 14 skiers made it successfully through the finish; two skiers were unfortunately disqualified.

The joy of moving in the snow and the excitement of taking part in a ski race were what this lovely day was all about.

Warmest congratulations to all participants – we are already looking forward to the next race on the Weinebene!

By the way: VS Jägergrund also received a certificate for its 35th participation in the Ski Games of the Schools.
